Thomas McCarty, L.Ac. Dip.OM, A native of Jefferson Parish, Thomas has called many parts of the U.S. home. Longtime interest and study of herbalism and food-as-medicine led Thomas to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

He earned a master’s degree in TCM in 2010. Licensed in acupuncture the same year, he practiced in Minnesota’s Twin Cities between 2010 and 2018, before moving back to New Orleans in August of 2018.

Thomas has been licensed to practice acupuncture in Louisiana since February, 2019.
